01 Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, "jaya9", "platform", "site" or "we" refers to the jaya9net.cam website and its associated mobile applications. "Member", "user" or "you" refers to any registered individual who has opened or is attempting to open an account on jaya9.

"Wager" or "bet" refers to participation in any casino game, slot, live casino or sports betting. "Balance" refers to the total amount held in a member's account, where real money and bonus amounts are tracked separately.

"Wagering requirement" refers to the obligation to place bets on the bonus amount at a specified multiplier before the bonus can be withdrawn. If this requirement is not met, winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn.

02 Membership and Registration

To open an account on jaya9, accurate and verifiable information must be provided. jaya9 reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account registered with false or incomplete information.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each member may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active and your own.
• jaya9 may request identity documents or other records at any time for account verification.
• Keeping the account password confidential is entirely the member's own responsibility.

2.2 Account Verification

Before processing a withdrawal or for large transactions, jaya9 may carry out a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. This may include verification of a national identity card, passport or mobile banking details. If a member does not cooperate with the verification process, the account may be restricted.

03 Age and Eligibility

By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that you are participating on this platform voluntarily. If it is later proven that a member was a minor, all transactions on that account will be cancelled and deposited funds will be returned, but no winnings will be paid.

04 Account Management

4.1 Security

Keep your jaya9 account login credentials completely confidential. Sharing login details with anyone else is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately. jaya9 will not be responsible for any loss resulting from third-party access.

4.2 Account Suspension and Closure

jaya9 may suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Failure to cooperate with account verification
• The member requests account closure themselves
• Extended period of inactivity

4.3 Self-Exclusion

A member who wishes to close their account for a set period on their own initiative may contact the support team. This option is an important part of responsible gaming.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Payment Methods

5.2 Transaction Terms

If there is an active bonus wagering requirement on the account, winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is met. Withdrawals may only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit, with exceptions applicable in special circumstances.

5.3 Funds Held in the Account

Funds held in a jaya9 account do not earn interest. If you have any issue with an unused balance, contact the support team directly.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses offered on jaya9 are subject to specific terms. Accepting a bonus means you agree to the associated wagering requirements and restrictions.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered to meet the requirement.

6.2 Other Promotions

Other promotions on jaya9 include a weekly reload bonus, slots festival bonus, cricket betting bonus, birthday reward and friend referral reward. Each promotion has its own wagering requirement and validity period, which are stated in the respective offer details.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

If any attempt is made to exploit the bonus system for unfair gain — such as using multiple accounts, collusion or placing bets through any automated method — the bonuses and related winnings on that account will be cancelled.

07 Betting Rules

7.1 Casino Games

The jaya9 casino section includes live casino, slots, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti and fishing games. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting. If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, that round may be cancelled and the wagered amount will be returned.

7.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, odds for each event may change in line with the market. The odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed are considered final. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, that bet will be voided and the amount returned, though exceptions may apply under the relevant rules.

7.3 Live Betting

During live betting on ongoing matches, odds change rapidly. Displayed odds may change until confirmed, and jaya9 may offer the option to accept or decline new odds.

7.4 Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute over a betting result, it must be reported to support within 72 hours. jaya9's decision will be considered final.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jaya9:

• One person operating multiple accounts
• Placing bets using bots, scripts or automated software
• Colluding with other members to collect bonuses or winnings
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Hacking or any form of cyber attack on jaya9 systems
• Registering using a false identity
• Attempting unauthorised access to another member's account

09 Limitation of Liability

jaya9 aims to provide uninterrupted service as far as possible, but service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, network outages or other unavoidable reasons. In such cases, jaya9's financial liability is limited to directly provable losses.

If an ongoing game or bet is affected by an internet disconnection, device failure or power outage, an attempt will be made to restore the state of that round, but jaya9 cannot guarantee this in every case.

jaya9 will not be liable for indirect, incidental or special damages, such as lost opportunities or emotional distress.

10 Data Privacy

jaya9 is committed to protecting members' personal information. All information provided at registration and afterwards is stored with SSL encryption on secure servers. Information may be shared with third parties only where required by law or for fraud prevention purposes.
